Jens Brandt

Jens Brandt is Vice President of the Business Area User Experience (UX) for Continental North America. In this role, he is responsible for guiding the product development, technology roadmap and overall organization for the Business Area for the region, which includes innovative display solutions and input technologies, as well as audio and camera solutions for the vehicle interior.

Jens began his career with Continental in 1995 as a Mechanical Design Engineer. Since then, he has held numerous leadership positions in Engineering, Production, Quality and Project Management. In 2009, Brandt relocated to Guadalajara, Mexico, where he served as the company’s Senior Engineering Manager for Electronic Controls. In 2011, he was appointed to Product Line Director for Electronic Control Units. In 2013, Brandt returned to the U.S. as Director, Product Line Electronics for Electronic Controls.

Jens has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. He earned his degree in Mechanical Design Engineering from the Chemnitz University of Technology in Chemnitz, Germany.

He currently resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan with his family.
