Tim Schock manages business development in eastern North America for NAVYA, a global leader in the development of autonomous shuttles and cabs dedicated to sustainably transforming the way we live and work by reinventing urban mobility.
Prior to joining NAVYA, Mr. Schock founded Lightning Capital Consulting, a management and business strategy consulting firm providing services to private equity clients with investments in transportation technology including autonomous and connected vehicles, UAVs and ITS. Mr. Schock also served as Vice President and Southeast Regional Manager for TransCore, a transportation systems company providing system development for tolling, traffic management, freight and rail services and as Senior Manager in communications and high tech for Accenture.
Mr. Schock is known as an innovative thought leader in the transportation industry. He has been involved with such groundbreaking transportation projects as the first fully reversible, open road tolling (ORT) lanes in the world in Tampa and the first nationally interoperable tolling system in Greenville, South Carolina for which he accepted the ITS America Innovation Award.
Mr. Schock holds an MBA from Duke University and received his undergraduate degree from Emory University in Atlanta. He resides in Tampa with his wife, Heather, and two children.
