Tim Marasco joined Ford in 1995. Previously employed at Chrysler Corporation from 1989 – 1995.

Currently Global Stamping Director – Stamping Manufacturing Engineering based in Dearborn, Michigan responsible for global stamping engineering, sourcing and launch of Ford Motor products worldwide.

Held several positions throughout manufacturing operations worldwide. Most current roles:

2002–2009 – European Stamping Manager (7 years)

Integrated Land rover into Ford engineering and launch of all new Land Rover / Range Rover under Ford.
Closed 3 plants in UK to right size capacity.
Launched 12 vehicles in European.
2009-2013 – Global Stamping Chief engineer (5 years)

Developed / implemented NA stamping turnover / modernization plan.
Established and implemented low-cost sourcing tooling/equipment.
Engineered the industry first ever all aluminum truck.
Engineered global product cycle under one global engineering organization
Developed and implemented European better plan.
2013 – 2017 – Global Stamping Director (5 years)

Launched 31 products worldwide.
Launched stamping integrated plants in North America.
Transformed brownfield sites to Best in Class high tech operations in North America.
Consolidated stamping facilities in Europe
New plants in Asia and Russia.
Tim received a Bachelor from Purdue University and a Master from University of Detroit. He is actively involved in supporting community causes and enjoys spending his free time at his lake home in Northern Michigan.
