Tamara Snow is Head of Research & Advanced Engineering for Continental in North America, a position she has held since January 2020. In this role, Snow leads an innovation engineering organization that creates future roadmaps for mobility products, systems and services for Continental.

Snow joined Continental 25 years ago as a Software Engineer for brake / traction control systems. Since then, she has held numerous leadership positions in Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Innovation, and has led international as well as remote teams in locations around the world. In 2013, Snow relocated to Germany, where she served as the company’s Customer Center Head for Ford in the area of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. She has additionally served as a technical and business development lead in North America for several acquisitions.

Snow began her career in engine control systems after earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Embedded Control Systems from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan. She is now an Executive Advisory Board member for the Oakland University School of Engineering and Computer Science, and currently resides in Rochester Hills, Michigan with her family.
