Sandy Stojkovski was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Vitesco North America (formerly Continental’s Powertrain division), effective October 2019. In this role, she oversees all the North American activities for the company. Stojkovski also serves as Chair of the Board for Vitesco Technologies in the U.S., Canada and Italy. Further she retains her role of Senior Vice President of the Global Injectors business unit, to which she was appointed in 2017.

Stojkovski began her distinguished automotive career 24 years ago, collecting broad business experience with corporations ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Vitesco Technologies, Stojkovski held numerous executive leadership positions including North America Powertrain President and General Manager of Magneti Marelli, where she led the turnaround efforts for the region. Prior to that she held the position of Vice President, Global Engineering at TRW Automotive, where she co-led the technology integration activities for the ZF-TRW acquisition. Additionally, Stojkovski spent 10 years consulting in the area of automotive technology including founding her own advanced technology planning firm, which was later acquired by AVL. Prior to that, she spent time at Ford Motor Company in powertrain product development.

Stojkovski earned an MBA, a master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. She serves on SAE’s North American International Powertrain Leadership Committee, is a board member of Inforum, an executive committee member for Inforum’s AutomotiveNEXT, and a CTI Symposium USA Advisory Board member. Stojkovski was named as one of Crain’s Detroit Business 40 under 40 award receipts in 2012 and was a 2013 semi-finalist for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the year award. Most recently, Stojkovski was selected as a nominee for the 2020 Automotive News 100 Leading Women.
