Roy Goudy is a Senior Principal Engineer at the Nissan Technical Center North America (NTCNA) in Farmington Hills, Michigan where he is responsible for the research and development of cooperative safety and mobility applications. Mr. Goudy has over twenty nine years of experience in Intelligent Transport Systems covering research and development of sensors and advanced driving assistance systems as well as international standards.

Mr. Goudy joined NTCNA in 2007 after working in the Intelligent Transport Systems field in Japan for over seventeen years. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Washington as well as a Masters Degree in Physics from the University of Utah and Masters Degrees in Automotive Systems Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
