Robert (Bob) H. Lee is the President and CEO of Continental North America. In this position, he coordinates the North American activities of the five Automotive business areas and central functions such as advanced engineering, finance, quality, information technology, human resources, purchasing, communications and marketing. Additionally, Lee leads customer, governmental and other external relationships across the region. He is also the executive sponsor for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives in North America and a member of the global Investment Committee.

Lee first joined Continental in 2014 as the President and CEO of Continental Automotive Korea where he was responsible for leading overall operations in the country. Prior to this, Lee served as President and CEO of SK Continental E-Motion, a joint venture automotive battery system company formed by Continental and SK Innovation.

A veteran of the industry, Lee held various leadership positions in the automotive and technology industries before joining the company. Prior to leading SK Continental, Lee was the Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development for SK innovation, with global responsibility for the Lithium-ion battery business.

Additionally, Lee also founded and served as President and CEO of two venture-backed software start-up companies, Paltalk and Zing. Lee began his career in management consulting and was a Manager at the Boston Consulting Group and an Associate at A.T. Kearney.

He earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University. In 2018, he was awarded the Most Admired CEO in Korea.

Lee is a lifelong Red Sox and Celtics fan. He is married with four sons.
