Rob Sadow is Co-Founder and CEO of Scoop, the largest carpooling solution in the country that has put more than 6 million carpool trips on the road. Scoop partners with organizations like LinkedIn, T-Mobile, and Workday to offer convenient and enjoyable carpooling to their workforces, addressing a key pain point for businesses and employees alike by solving for the third largest driver of voluntary attrition: the commute. By helping to make employees happier, healthier, and more productive in their day-to-day lives, Scoop supports organizations delivering exceptional employee experience, giving them an advantage in an ever-evolving, competitive landscape.

Mr. Sadow sits on the Board of Directors for the Association of Commuter Transportation and was recently included in their 40 Under 40 in transportation list. He has spoken on the topics of new and shared mobility in Fortune, Bloomberg, and at industry, academic, and investor conferences across the country. Prior to co-founding Scoop, Mr. Sadow was a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, where he specialized in customer strategy and marketing. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School with a BSE in Management, Legal & Business Ethics.
