Priscilla Archangel, Ph.D.

Priscilla Archangel has a passion for developing successful leaders by partnering with them to grow professionally as they lead their teams and organizations. She accomplishes this through her work as an executive coach, leadership and organizational development consultant, facilitator, speaker and author. Her calling is to help leaders build their capabilities to achieve objectives through focusing on leadership purpose, values, perspectives, behaviors, traits, tools, and ideas.

Much of Priscilla’s expertise was gained from her strategic global human resource executive roles at General Motors over the course of a 30-plus-year career.

As President of Archangel and Associates, LLC, her clients include leaders in companies of all sizes, across a variety of industries. Her collaboration helps them to align their unique purpose and strengths with their professional roles; identify creative approaches to address organizational challenges; strengthen their team dynamics; smoothly transition into new leadership roles and organizations; align culture and business goals; improve employee engagement to support business results; and build diverse, equitable and inclusive teams.

Priscilla delivers keynote and motivational speeches to corporations and professional associations on leadership and organizational development topics. Her newest book LeaderVantage: 7 Essential Steps to Peak Leadership was released in 2021.

Priscilla sits on the boards of the Detroit Regional Chamber, and Anderson University, along with the Board Development Committee for Vista Maria. She is a past president of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Greater Detroit Chapter.
