Mark leads the Global Automotive & Industrial Practice at AlixPartners.  He has decades of experience as a trusted advisor to private equity sponsors and executives in automotive and industrial companies, helping them tackle the key strategic and operational issues on their agenda.  He helps ambitious management teams drive transformations, improve operations, acquire & integrate companies, and grow businesses.  He has worked extensively across the automotive value chain, particularly on C.A.S.E. opportunities (a term coined by AlixPartners in 2014 to encapsulate the coming automotive revolution – Connected, Autonomous, Shared Mobility and Electrified).  Prior to joining AlixPartners in 2006, Mark worked at Magna International, at HSBC Auto Finance and at McKinsey & Company. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and has an MBA in Strategic Management from the Wharton School and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science-Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University.
