Joshua Brugeman

Joshua leads NSF International’s sustainability consulting team that helps clients in a variety of sectors (food, apparel, consumer products, agriculture, dietary supplements, retail, and B2B) analyze, design and implement sustainability programs. These programs, including work with brands, manufacturers, retailers and suppliers, are focused on creating resilient supply chains, strengthening brands, mitigating risk and addressing investor and consumer concerns.

Throughout his career, Joshua has applied his sustainability expertise and passion to work with a variety of clients including the private sector, government agencies, NGOs and industry associations. He has successfully developed and implemented large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs and thrives at taking innovative ideas from concept to action. Joshua holds both a bachelor’s degree and a graduate degree from the University of Michigan where he focused on Sustainability, Land Use, and Urban Planning.
