Johanna Kinsler

Johanna Kinsler is an Innovation Engineer at SRG Global™, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of high value coatings on plastic for the automotive and commercial truck industries. In this role, Ms. Kinsler works to enable autonomous driving through the improvement of sensing capabilities on the exterior surfaces of a vehicle.

Ms. Kinsler has over five years of engineering and seven years of project management experience. She first began her career as a regulatory operations specialist in the medical industry and later, traveled abroad to India to found Leh Flood Relief, a charity dedicated to educating children in rural areas.

After two years in India, Ms. Kinsler returned to the United States and spent three years as an innovation engineer and project manager at Amcor Rigid Plastics. During her time there, she gained plastic design and manufacturing expertise developing new packaging solutions for several major U.S. food brands.

Ms. Kinsler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biosystems Engineering from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan and is proficient in Hindi. She is an avid learner and has begun taking self-driving vehicle programming classes to expand her knowledge and skills in autonomous technologies.
