Denise Dorigo Jones is a dynamic leader with a successful history of driving change through developing and implementing innovative Human Resources and Labor Relations initiatives for U.S., Japanese and Mexican owned global companies. Dorigo Jones is skilled at partnering with leadership teams to proactively solve problems and improve performance. She offers broad experience and a consistent record of delivering creative global solutions to achieve business results.

Denise is currently Director of Human Resources for the United States and Canada at Nemak, a Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in the production of highly complex aluminum components, with over 22,000 employees across 16 countries generating $4.3 billion in annual revenue.

Her specialties include: human resources, talent and organizational development, labor relations, project planning, program management, performance and process improvement, efficiency and change management.

Denise serves as Vice Chair of the Lightweight Innovations for Tomorrow (LIFT) Executive Advisory Council – Education and Workforce Committee.  LIFT is one of the founding institutes in Manufacturing USA, a national network of public-private innovation institutes developing and deploying new technologies throughout the U.S. manufacturing sector.  Her leadership is focused on aligning talent development with technology development, helping to ensure an educated, skilled and ready manufacturing workforce, competent and confident in using new technologies.

Denise also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Global Health Charities (GHC) – a Michigan based non-profit organization focused on making a positive impact on the reduction of maternal and infant mortality in high risk rural communities in Africa, Asia and Latin America.  Globally, over 303,000 mothers and 4.5 million infants die each year due to infection and other birth related complications.    To address this tragic loss, GHC spearheads the assembly and distribution of Clean Birth Kits to partner organizations in hard to reach rural communities.  GHC’s goal is to assemble 50,000 to 100,000 Clean Birth Kits this year.
