He is a proven leader with 20 plus years’ experience designing, delivering and managing strategic solutions. 

Prior to joining Ford, Mr. Totten held several senior level positions (DTE, Carhartt and Entertainment) focusing on data strategies and analytics solutions driving improved customer loyalty and retention as well as introducing new technologies to support business strategy.
