Brian Beechie

Brian Beechie serves as our Director of Research Initiatives. Brian comes to CAR after a 30+ year career in the automotive industry, most recently at Stellantis where he was the Chief Engineer for the Dodge Charger, Challenger, Chrysler 300, and Pacifica Minivan. Other assignments included head of FIAT Chrysler electrification platforms, worldwide transmission programs, HEMI engine platform, and management of the global powertrain electronics and controls organizations.

Brian graduated from Kettering University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and currently serves on the Kettering Alumni Board. He is the holder of 11 patents, mainly in the area of model-based engine controls.
