Bradd Craver leads Deloitte’s US Human Capital Automotive practice and Consulting Practice for the Carolinas. He has over 35 years of experience in organizational improvement and transformation focused primarily in automotive, manufacturing and retail. His specialty is driving organizational capabilities and performance through a variety of levers, including organizational design, leadership, competency framework, talent management, and learning.
Mr. Craver received his BBA from Wake Forest University: The School of Business and Accountancy.
