Bea Lozinski

Bea Lozinski was named Vice President, Total Rewards and People Development for Magna International in January 2020. Prior to that, she was Global Director, People Development and Training.

In her role, Lozinski leads a global team responsible for global succession planning, leadership development, learning, performance management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, and employee retirement readiness.

Prior to joining Magna, she served as the Global Senior Director of Talent at Barrick Gold. Lozinski has held various HR leadership roles and has broad experience in the automotive, mining, aerospace and defense, venture capital and software industries.  She has experience with both start-ups and large global organizations and was part of the leadership team that took a large software company public in 1993.

Lozinski completed her bachelor’s degree in psychology at York University. She has held several advisory board roles and is a current member of the i4cp Chief Learning and Talent Officer Board, SAP executive innovation board, and is the co-chair of Magna’s global Diversity and Inclusion council.
