Vice President and Head of Analysis, Ecosystem Development & Strategy, co-pace
Anil Rachakonda is Vice President of co-pace, the startup organization of Continental. co-pace focuses on creating new product portfolios, beyond existing roadmaps, and onboarding disruptive innovation through international startup ecosystems by partnering with startups and encouraging intrapreneurship within Continental. At co-pace, Rachakonda heads Analysis, Ecosystem Development and Strategy.
Prior to joining co-pace, Rachakonda served as Director of Product Line Management for Continental where he supported development of mobility services for connected cars and the autonomous vehicle ecosystem. This included driving Continental’s partnership with the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Smart City Challenge.
Previously, Rachakonda led partnerships for Google’s Project Ara, a modular smartphone. He also served in strategy, business development and design positions at Global Foundries (a portfolio of Mubadala Investments), Applied Materials and Analog Devices.
Rachakonda earned his Master of Science in Systems Design and Management (SDM Fellow) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
