Tamara Snow

Tamara Snow is Director of Interior Systems & Technology for North America within the Interior division of Continental. She has held this position since February 2017. In this role, Ms. Snow is responsible for supporting the Interior Innovation Roadmap development and execution. This includes Trend Scanning (automotive, market, technology, government, research), Innovation Projects, Marketing & Communication, and cross-organizational collaboration through Central Services. Ms. Snow is located in Troy, Michigan, and oversees teams in Deer Park, Illinois, San Jose, California, and Queretaro, Mexico.
Ms. Snow joined Continental more than 20 years ago as a Software Engineer for electronic brake systems. Since then, she has held numerous leadership positions in Engineering, Product Management, Sales and has led international as well as remote teams in locations around the world. In 2013, Ms. Snow relocated to Lindau, Germany, where she served as the company’s Customer Center Head for Ford in the area of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems. She most recently served as Product Line Head for the Surround View Segment in North America.
Ms. Snow began her career as a Product Engineer with Intelligent Controls, Inc. in 1992. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a concentration on Embedded Control Systems from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.
