Milena Kabashi

Milena Kabashi is Manager of Transportation Electrification at DTE Energy (NYSE: DTE), a Detroit-based diversified energy company. She leads DTE Electric’s strategy to accelerate electric vehicle (EV) adoption across all customer segments in Southeast Michigan.

Milena oversees the execution of DTE Electric’s Transportation Electrification Plan advancing EV education, infrastructure, and adoption. Her work includes activating partnerships with residents, businesses, communities, and local governments to support their sustainability goals.

Through programs like residential charger rebates, commercial charging infrastructure incentives, and fleet advisory services, Milena is helping shape a cleaner, more connected transportation future.
