Donna Dickson is the Chief Engineer of the Mustang Mach-E since April 2021. She is responsible for total global product delivery, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard throughout the product development cycle. Mustang Mach-E has been the most exciting product to join because it is on the cutting edge of Ford’s new product strategy.

In her 28 years with Ford, Donna has held various positions; she spent over half her career on F-Series from the early days of developing and launching Super Duty through the creation of the all-aluminum F150. Additionally, she has over five years in leadership of the Lincoln Products building and strengthening the Lincoln Brand in both North America and China Markets.  Donna also spent two years leading the Mustang Program Vehicle Team at Flat Rock Assembly Plan and knows both the Mustang customer and the importance on delivering a vehicle that meets their expectations.

She graduated from Lawrence Technological University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and earned her Master of Science in Engineering Management from Wayne State University.
