Will Foss

Will is an advisor and operator focused on go-to-market, sales, and partnership related topics for commercializing tech companies. At SoftBank, he serves as a Board Observer at Goggo Network and advisor to several of SoftBank’s investments in Mobility, Robotics / Automation, PropTech, and FinTech. Prior to SoftBank, Will led Business Development and Partnerships at mobility startup, Derq, which develops industry-leading AI-based software to predict and prevent car crashes and dangerous situations. At Derq, he helped launch partnerships with roadside sensor companies, Auto Tier 1s, Auto OEMs, and leading technology & mobility systems integrators, including launching Derq’s first US-based deployment with the Michigan DOT. He has also advised Techstars entrepreneurs in building partnerships and commercial ops. Prior to Derq, Will worked at MonitorDeloitte, where he led commercialization for an auto insurance tech startup, and advised mobility and technology companies on go-to-market and partnerships strategy. He holds an MBA and BA from the University of Michigan.
