Cheryl Cerqueira

Chief Human Resources Officer

Cheryl Cerqueira serves as our Chief Human Resources Officer. She comes to CAR after a 20+ year career in both the private and public sectors. Cheryl has held HR roles with the Michigan Department of Transportation, PepsiCo, Sara Lee, and Ford Motor Company. She has a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources and Labor & Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
