What to expect after you register:
Once you have completed your conference registration, you will receive an e-mail with your confirmation number, along with a link which will enable you to print the Resort Housing Request form. This form is required to secure accommodations at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa (Resort Pricing). The Resort will confirm your reservation with you directly.

Group Discounts:
For organizations who would like to register five or more attendees at the same time, please contact us about a group discount by calling (734) 929-0496 or sending an e-mail to CARRegistration@cargroup.org prior to registering. The volume discount only applies if the attendees are registering as a group at the same time. Any refund due to cancellation of registration affecting the group discounted rate will be subject to conference management approval.
Media Registration:
Please note: Receipt of a registration confirmation number does not guarantee that your registration has been approved for Media Credentials but rather that your submission, and our receipt of your submission, was successful.
Media registration requests are reviewed by MBS management and approved if they meet the criteria outlined in our Media Credentials Policy. We will contact you if we need additional information or we have determined you do not meet the necessary requirements. Submission of published work and/or a signed letter from an assignment editor may be required.

Credit Card: To pay by credit card you may register online or print the registration form and fax or mail it to CAR Registration at the address below.
Check: To pay for your registration by check, print the registration form and mail to CAR Registration.

To be eligible for a full refund of fees, notification of cancellation of registration must be received in writing by May 1, 2008. After this date, to be eligible for a refund of fees less the handling charge of $150.00, notification of cancellation of registration must be received in writing by July 18, 2008. Cancellation of registration will also cancel the hotel reservation at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa, if applicable. Registration fees may be transferred to another colleague without charge. Those who do not appear at the conference or leave early, thereby canceling by default, will not be eligible to receive a refund. Payment must be received by June 30, 2008 to receive the early registration rate; all other payments must be received by August 11, 2008.
