Session Pricing

Monday and Tuesday	$1,200 through June 30	$1,300 after June 30
Wedneday through Friday	$1,300 through June 30	$1,400 after June 30
Any single day:	$1,100 through June 30	$1,200 after June 30

Register before July 1st to receive an early list of attendees.

We will mail a list of attendees to everyone who registers before July!

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. There is a $100.00 handling charge for cancellations received before July 14, 2006. We regret we cannot process any refunds for cancellations following that date. However, the seminar registration fees may be transferred to another colleague without charge. Refunds are processed six to eight weeks after the conference. Those who do not appear at the conference, thereby canceling by default, will not be eligible to receive a refund. Payment must be received by June 30, 2006 to receive the early registration rate; all other payments must be received by August 4, 2006.
