Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. There is a $100.00 handling charge for cancellations received before July 15, 2005. We regret we cannot process any refunds for cancellations following that date. However, the seminar registration fees may be transferred to another colleague without charge. Refunds are processed six to eight weeks after the conference. Those who do not appear at the conference, thereby canceling by default, will not be eligible to receive a refund. Payment must be received by July 15, 2005 to receive the early registration rate; all other payments must be received by July 30.
