A host of new manufacturing processes are being developed and implemented that improve efficiency or advance capabilities in world class manufacturing systems.  During this seminar, attendees will hear a range of case studies involving innovative manufacturing technology.

  • Hear about next generation technologies that are moving beyond R&D and into production.
  • Explore the increased use of lightweighting materials that are driving advancements in hot forming steel, warm forming aluminum, and composite molding, along with new joining methods with lasers, fasteners and adhesives.
  • Get new information about other advancements, such as high speed machining and honing, that are changing production capabilities for both tooling and powertrain.
