Joseph Bakaj is Ford Motor Company’s vice president, Powertrain Engineering. This appointment is effective Jan. 1, 2011. In this role, he oversees all engine and transmission engineering worldwide.

Dale Belman is a professor in the School of Human Resources and Labor Relations at Michigan State University. His research focuses on labor market regulation, collective bargaining, trucking and construction.
Roger Berg

Roger Berg is vice president of Wireless Technologies at DENSO’s North American Research Laboratories, overseeing vehicle communication technology. He is responsible for DENSO’s research and development of vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2X) technology, for the United States Department of Transportation’s (USDOT) Connected Vehicle program.

Erik Berkman is president of Honda R&D Americas, Inc., and Operating Officer of Honda R&D Co., Ltd., overseeing the company’s North American research and development operations for automobiles, motorcycles and power equipment. He also serves as a director on the boards at Honda R&D Americas, Inc., American Honda Motor Co., Inc., Honda North America Inc. and Honda Research Institute USA, Inc.
